After an excellent start to the season, featuring three consecutive wins and clean sheets in PL2, Aaron Bott and Kyle McAdam have been nominated for the Player of the Month award.
McAdam’s nomination comes as a result of his dependability and flexibility, having played every minute so far. His ability to switch between midfield and defense has made him a key figure for the B Team, while his duel-winning skills have strengthened the team’s defense. At just 19, McAdam is making an impact at both ends of the field, contributing two assists across all competitions.
Bott’s recognition follows a standout summer, where the 19-year-old goalkeeper made his first-team debut in pre-season. He has continued that form into the current campaign, providing composure and crucial saves for the B Team. Thanks to a strong defensive unit, the team has yet to concede a goal in PL2, with Bott benefiting from his first-team experience to become a consistent and reliable presence.
These nominations reflect the hard work put in by both the players and coaching staff, as well as the team’s successful start to the season. The winner will be announced on Friday, September 13th, at 10am BST, and we wish both Aaron and Kyle the best of luck.
